Mission Accomplished?

As with the dollar-auction piece, I present this upbeat Iraq essay without comment. It's interesting and cogent. There are some numbers fudged around the edges but nothing that invalidates the argument. Having said that, I'd have to think harder than I can right now to produce a decent refutation--assuming, of course, that a refutation is warranted. Enough weasel words: it's worth reading.
