I'm Glad They're Not Hemorrh-Like Objects

The IAU, in its infinite wisdom, has decided that spherical, trans-Neptunian objects that can't clear debris from their own orbits should be called--wait for it--"plutoids".

Note that this definition doesn't include Ceres, which appears now to be an object without a classification. Maybe it's a ceroid.

Don't you love it when politics and science get in bed and wind up with mutant offspring?
